Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 7, 2025

1. Services

I provide technical coaching services for software developers, including:

• One-on-one coaching sessions
• Code reviews and technical guidance
• Career development advice
• Digital resources and materials

2. Payment & Cancellation

• Payment due before or at time of service
• Cancel/reschedule with 24+ hours notice or pay full session fee
• Refund requests within 7 days, subject to approval

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Attend sessions on time
• Pay fees promptly
• Maintain confidentiality in group settings

4. Confidentiality & Limitations

• Session content remains confidential (except legal requirements)
• Coaching is professional development, not therapy
• Results cannot be guaranteed
• You're responsible for your own decisions and career choices

5. Intellectual Property

• Course materials and resources remain my property
• You may use for personal development, not redistribution
• Any code examples are for educational purposes

6. Liability

• Liability limited to amount paid for services
• Not liable for career decisions or job outcomes
• Either party may terminate with written notice

7. Disputes
